He is truly a daily inspiration. I get yelled at a lot at school for wanting things perfect from my peers. But perfection is somewhat ingrained, like Keller striving to make the best hollandaise as a young chef. I am not sure I will ever attain even the same playing field as likes of the chefs working in his kitchen, but they are true inspirations that keep me going. I loved seeing the pictures and your attention to detail demonstrates you were a worthy customer and you are extremely respectful of food, where it comes from and the people who dedicate their lives from it.
